Spidigo — spidigo zero response

Last message i received was spidigo changed to pace internet. I have been trying to contact them since then regarding slow speed, internet disconnection and even shifting my internet. My plan is till aug 2019 but i received a message stating the service is expired. No action is taken by engineers even after contacting them. I have tried to contact all support services even in pace internet website as well as spidigo website.
