Spidigo — The internet was not working since 23 days and they are not willing to compensate for it | |||||
My home internet went down for 23 days for the month January 2016. I made several complaints and the customer support kept closing the tickets without reverting back or resolving the issue. Now the Plan has expired and a person named MR. ROHIT keeps calling and pressuring me that he will only compensate if I renewed the plan. I filled several complaints on their support portal and no one had/has visited my premises, I would like SPIDIGO to compensate for the service disruption. speed of intermet is very slow. i have paid rupees but speed is ery slow as per plan.15%
