Spidigo — trouble tickets pending since long time | |||||
Area: bopal It has been few months now that we have switched to spidigo optical fibre plan, but the issues we are facing after switching are uncountable. Every now and then we have to call the support centre number (Which also switched it's number to a newer one and hardly receives their customer calls!). Spidigo promises to provide resolution in 48 hours after logging of complaints, but please help me to understand that how come every complaints logged since past many times are taking more than 3-4 days in resolution. Moreover, this resolution hardly sustains for a week, after which again we have to call the customer care a million times. Can we have more professional attitude towards customer complaints? Can we take the 48 hour resolution downtime more seriously and resolve complaints as early as possible? Can customer like myself who have been a part of spidigo since a long time rely on spidigo services? Looking forward to your honest feedback and resolution for logged issues.
