[Resolved] Spidigo — Useless service, Want my advance paid amount back | |||
I bought this wifi connection almost a month back and from starting onwards they took 4000 as subscription amount with 500 installation and 500 security deposit included in 4000.Then on the day of installation they asked for 300/- extra charges as my router was personal and which i showed him at the very beginning of the plan.We talked him about that but he couldn't fix that till 4-5 days, then i got it done by myself working on the internet.After that there ping is not responding and gets disconnected very often and speed is also reduced to 1/3rd of 1Mbps plan.I have registered almost 5 complaints till now and every time the technical engineer comes and fixes it, it stops working in an hour or so.Even once i went to there office which is atleast 13kms from my house and there too one of his person told that he will get it fixed by tommorow but it hasn't till now.I don't know what the problem is because they don't clarify it.And i don't know when they can't provide service they are making us fool like they are making many others.I am just done with this connection and now i want all my money back paying them with only the data charges i have used till now with the less speed they have provided me with 300kbps.I have all the documents with me with all details about everyday usage and speed i got.Please note that my brother has registered with this service as UserID- yogeshagrawal and Phone no associated with it is [protected]. Still not getting the 1Mbps speed. Connection is not getting disconnected that's good !
