[Resolved] Spidigo — Very poor quality of service.

I had paid for 2mbps plan.But speed is very slow noe. They do not solve my problem and close my complain puting me in a lot of mental pressurre .I had visited their office on 06/02/2016 and met mr.Bhardwaj and he promised me to resolve the issue and he gave me his ph.no.too. Though he sent a guy before I reach home put problem was steel their and they closed my complain. I tried to reach Mr. Bhardwaj over ph. several times he just picked my ph.once.but but he didn't send a man.After that I calle him several times but he didn't respond me. Now I want my money back.

Sometime they send a technician to resolve the problem, but problem start on the same day.But recently, they close my complaints without solving it.
