Internet has been down since the last 4 days here in chandkheda. Your customer care number keeps disconnecting me and whenever i call your technician, it says he's busy. What a * up service. This is not the first time this issue is happening. Frequent disconnections, slow internet and no response from your support team. Absolute bs! The moment i paid rs 5500 for a full year, your service has gone haywire. I am changing my isp (Unfortunately there are only two in this area). I need a refund. I have also paid towards the tower you guys put on my flat. Need a refund for that as well. So many others have complained but still no response from you guys. Sad!!
