Spidigo — wifi not working since two weeks

Our WiFi is not working since 2 weeks we tried calling spidigo customer care no one is answering and the agents also are not answering the call they keep on blocking our numbers n when we get furious after calling this many times they talk to us in foul language I seriously want some strict action coz when.
