I purchased internet service from SPIDIGO on april 27 2017.but it is not working properly. And I complaint many times to them because they did not meet my expectation and infact the internet doesn't even work. The first time I purchased their internet the internet and service it was working just fine. But since the last one month every week the internet doesn't work for at least five days. If I call to their customer care they tell me that their technician will come within 48hours. But the technician won't come and they even closed my complain. Even in the two days left in every week that the internet even works the speed is yet so slow.

I am really upset with spidigo service.from last 3 days i am continually complaining regarding connectivity.but when i call to customer care they told me that they are sending engineer to resolve my problem but no one come to solve my problem.i am fed up with all this.i want my money back.
