Spidigo — Worst Service ever - Never get proper speed | |||
Hello, I have spidigo connection since last 4 year. From this January 2015. I have updated my plan from 512 kbps Unlimited to 2 mbps. I was happy with service till the time i have 512 kbps plan. But after updating my internet plan, I found really really worst service. I never get proper speed. Either If get upload speed then I don't get download speed or If get download speed then i don't get upload speed. (Speed down is more then 75%. ) I am complaining for this issue since last 5 - 6 Months. I get same reply from them like "We have some issue in maninagar(area)" (My User ID : modi88) Even I want to there office to complain for this issue. Though I did not received any proper reply. After complain to their office I got my connection working for 2 Day's then again same issue get started. Kindly help me out to get proper speed. Still I am not getting any reply from them. I have emailed them to close my connection but they are not responding. They Just keep my complain open. So, Then Can charge more money form me based on time duration they wasted by not to hear from me and to keep dead wire of spidigo my home.
I have already aplied for an-other isp for internet connection and I want to get my refund which is valid.
