I sold my Wagon R (Reg No. UP25CQ7341) to Spinny in December 2024. I was informed by their team to clear pending traffic challans within 2 weeks, which I did via Park+ on 27 December 2024 — and shared full payment proof immediately over WhatsApp on 28 Dec.
Despite this, Spinny wrongfully withheld ₹3, 100 from my final settlement and later claimed they had also paid a challan — **without informing or consulting me**. They used my withheld amount without consent, even though my payment had already cleared by January 2025.
I have sent more than 10 emails, shared all documents, screenshots, and even lodged a formal grievance on the Government of India’s INGRAM portal (Docket No. 7292039), but Spinny continues to delay the refund without any closure.
This is deeply disappointing from a brand that claims to be transparent and consumer-first. I am requesting Spinny to:
1. Immediately refund ₹3, 100 deducted without authorization
2. Provide a written closure with clarity and apology
All proof is available and has been shared repeatedly with their representatives.
