Completion of RC transfer from RTO, but not receipt of balance amount from SPINNY

My father was personally visited RTO office on 22/03/3023 for RC transfer and the same has done within same day.
As per SPINNY’s confirmation the balance amount will be credited within 1 to 2 hours but still fund not credited in my account.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint regarding the purchase of a used car from Spinny, Vehicle No. TN11S9729, which has had multiple issues since the date of purchase.

From the time of delivery until 12th February, I faced repeated problems with the vehicle. Now, I am experiencing a serious engine fault — oil and water mixing — which is a major mechanical defect. The car is currently out of warranty, and I have been informed that no support will be provided.

This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I trusted Spinny for quality and reliability. Even local dealers offer assistance in such situations, but here I am receiving no help. This clearly points towards negligence in inspection and quality assurance before the sale.

I request Spinny to take immediate action to address this matter, either by repairing the vehicle at no additional cost or offering a fair resolution, failing which I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

    I purchased a car on Spinny. But before my purchase, the Spinny sales person started urging me to make the booking immediately within the same day and if I do, he will give an additional offer of filling the petrol tank of the car during delivery.

    Based on this, I immediately booked the car and made the payment. But to my shock and surprise, when the car was delivered, it was delivered with an empty tank.

    When I spoke to the sales person regarding the same, he asked me to raise a support ticket and that he will not be able to provide the offer he had promised me! And since then he is not picking up my calls either! Totally unethical!

    The support team of spinny is even worse! They keep closing the support ticket even without solving the issue or without my consent and I am being forced to raise endless amount of support tickets to repoen the issue and get it solved! It has been 1 month of constant follow ups and still the offer has not been credited to my account. Even after the support team had commited that the amount would be deposited to my bank account in 3 or 4 days, the money has not been deposited even after 2 weeks!!

    I am totally fed up and would like to take the legal route.

      Hi,
      I sold my car on Spinny, while selling the car my car second key was not available, so they put 2k hold on my deal as second key was in hometown. I told to Spinny's executive (Shakib) will submit Car key ASAP, but due to medical issue i had submit key after 4-5 days. After submitting the key, they said you have to submit the key within 48 hours & we have already made second key. No one told me that you have submit the key within 48 hours, also no one took my confirmation from me before making the key. I had explained why it was submitted late, but they are not ready to listen. Deal is not closed yet completely & giving stupid reasons. Unnecessary they are putting hold on the amount & trying to save their money. It's better to sell your car through other apps.
