1. Expired CNG Certificate at Time of Sale
It has come to my notice that the CNG certificate for the vehicle had already expired at the time of delivery in February, which is a serious compliance and safety lapse. Only after I raised a complaint did your team accept the mistake and rectify it by issuing a new certificate.
I must emphasize that this amounts to deficiency in service and misrepresentation at the time of sale, as the vehicle was not legally roadworthy for CNG use during that period.
2. Battery Not Working Post-Service
After your team took the car for rectification and delivered it back, I found that the battery had completely failed. The battery was functioning perfectly when I handed over the vehicle to your team, and the issue only occurred after your garage service.
3. Camera Unplugged — Tampering Suspected
Additionally, I had a camera installed in the car for monitoring purposes. After the vehicle was returned, I discovered that the camera had been unplugged, and I now do not have any footage during the service period.
