Dear Sir,
Regarding car purchase of TS08EV5209
I am writing with lot of Dissatisfaction from Spinny used car dealer.
I have purchased the car as per records on 30th Dec 2025 at 11:30PM.
Executive has forced us to take the delivery on this date as he has to complete his target, we said we will come on 31st Dec still he wanted us to take the delivery. It was late in night 11:30PM and it was not safe so we said to sales executive that we will, come and take the car in morning on 31st Dec. Car was parked in Uppal Dsl cellar parking.
We have gone on 31st Dec 2025 in morning to take the car to Uppal Spinny show room, when car was coming out from cellar parking suddenly some huge rattling sound has come from car we have brought the car to Ground floor and called the Executive and mechanics have come from Cellar parking and said Engine belt is broken and it has to get replaced.
After 1 hour mechanics said to raise complain so that car will go to workshop and get it rectified. I said i will not raise complain as just now taken car delivery and issue has come. Sham show room person requested to raise complain. We have to do so as we have taken wrong decision to purchase car from Spinny.
From Spinny workshop person has called and said that AC compressor got damage and it has to get replaced and Engine belt has to get replace.
Without our consent they have claimed warranty.
We have got the delivery of Car from Spinny workshop on 7th Jan 2026.
On 13th Jan we have called Spinny as Engine light indictor was coming, they simply said car doesn't have any issue, reset has to be done, said to bring the car to workshop.
On 27th Jan 2026 we have called call center that some issue is coming in Clutch, they said to go to workshop, We have gone to work shop, some mechanic has driven the car said that
1.Clutch cylinder and Clutch master cylinder has to be replaced
2.Steering wheel some rubber has to be replaced
3. Exhaust tail pipe has to be replaced as holes are there in pipe.
4. Rattling noise is coming when car is running in reverse side.
We have hand over the car on 28th Jan 2026 at Madhapur workshop.
Spoken to some Manager from Spinny regarding why so many issues are coming in the car, he simply said Sir it is used car issues will come.
I asked him do they don't check issues before delivery of car, said they check, but in span of 20 days some many issues have come.
We are continuously following for car as we have to go out of station.
In Madhapur work shop they said car will be given on 2nd Feb.
Today is 3rd Feb today also we have not got the car, when called said that spares which has come is wrong and they have get another, as per there words tomorrow they will give car delivery.
All ready 7 days gone in work shop.
Iam deeply dissatisfied with Spinny in a span of 1 month you people are making run to workshop.
This complain will not affect you as you got your amount by selling unethically. I am fed-up with Spinny
My request to you if you can refund my amount i will be great full to you.
