Spinny — Denied the offer after giving Sell agreement and offer accepted price

I am really dissatisfied by your working patterns, mistakes and behaviour from Spinny employees.

I wanted to sell my car regn no. GJ01WE6538(my reg. ph.no [protected]) for which inspection has been done and price of Rs2, 80, 000 was offered to me on 2nd December which I accepted and gave my PAN, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque in which verification has also been done by transferring Rs1 from your side.

Now on 3rd December suddenly One of your employee Abhishek Jha(attaching his employee detail)denied this offer ny saying that make year was incorrectly entered by him.Now this is not my mistake.

I denied many buyers after getting this spinny offer as spinny gave me seller agreement. I also visited Spinny park Ahmedabad for this but they said that if call people will instruct then only we can payout.

I am really very frustrated and I lose my other offer due to spinny.
