Spinny — No refund of failed transaction by used car dealer

My brother purchased a car for INR 3, 20, 000 from Spinny in October 2024. There were 5 transactions made, and one of them failed. Ever since my brother has been following up for the return to INR 1, 00, 000 from Spinny but he has not received the same.
