I sold my car to Spinny on 1st June 2024 and I started receiving the first challan of same car from RTO on 22nd November 2024 for exceeding the speed limit.
Bit worried, to enquire, I visited the office in Korrum mall, Thane but it was their selling office and person informed me to manage such cases we need to contact online from Spinny application.
I logged a case with Spinny online on 7th Dec 2024 asking the details of my sold car and RC transfer. But they are unable to provide the same stating they are checking internally with their team.
Till today, 24th Dec 2024, I received 5 challans and still Spinny's support staff is unaware of my sold car. They are not providing the timelines for RC transfer. I am fed up of receiving the challans and unhappy with the service provided by Spinny. Was this information helpful? |
