Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit that, with reference to Sell Order No. 19855827 and the Motor Vehicle Agreement for Sale/Purchase dated 19.03.2025, particularly Clause (g) relating to payment details, an amount of Rs. 62, 000/- was withheld at the time of sale of my vehicle towards pending challans and related charges, as detailed below:
Particulars Amount (Rs.)
Seller Party Peshi 10, 000
Challan Amount 42, 000
Challan Clearance Charges 10, 000
Total Amount Withheld 62, 000
The sale consideration under the agreement was as follows:
• Total Sale Price: Rs. 5, 10, 000/-
• Amount Paid on 19.03.2025: Rs. 4, 48, 000/-
• Amount Withheld: Rs. 62, 000/-
Subsequent to the execution of the agreement, I deposited all the pending challans directly with the concerned Courts/Authorities at my own expense. Copies of the challan deposit receipts and supporting documents were duly furnished to your office through emails sent on various dates. The same documents were also shared with your representatives and tele-calling staff on multiple occasions.
Thereafter, the following amounts were released by your office:
• Rs. 15, 000/- on 18.04.2025
• Rs. 20, 000/- on 25.04.2025
• Rs. 10, 000/- on 05.10.2025
Accordingly, out of the total withheld amount of Rs. 62, 000/-, a sum of Rs. 45, 000/- has been released, while a balance amount of Rs. 17, 000/- continues to remain withheld.
I would like to submit that all challans for which the amount was withheld have already been cleared by me directly and documentary proof thereof has been submitted to your office. Therefore, no outstanding challan liability or any other dues remain pending against me.
Further, since the challans were deposited by me personally and no challan clearance services were required to be undertaken by your company, the continued withholding of the amount towards "Challan Clearance Charges" is not justified. All relevant challan payment receipts and supporting documents are already available in your records and have been submitted through multiple emails for verification.
In view of the above, I request you to kindly verify the records available with your office and arrange for the immediate release/refund of the remaining withheld amount of Rs. 17, 000/- to my bank account within 7 days from receipt of this representation.
As more than one year has elapsed since the submission of the requisite documents and there is no subsisting liability against me, I sincerely hope that the matter will be resolved expeditiously without the need for any further action on my part.
In case any additional clarification or document is required, the same may kindly be intimated to me immediately.
Krishna/Deep Prakash
