Hi, I sold my car on Spinny in the Month of April. While taking the car they made the payment agreed and Hold some 20K and said that will be done once they transfer the RC within 90 days. Since then its been more than 4 months things has not moved on. Last week when followed up with Spinny Customer care they informed me that as per their process RC transfer will happen within 180 days of vehicle purchase which was 90 days earlier. When i asked for the hold money, i was informed that i will be given only 10K of the amount but not 20K as 10K was the party peshi amount and i didn't appear for the same. I was not informed for the same and i never received any calls from anyone from Spinny.
This is really a scam to loot the buyers. there are multiple complaints about the same on the forum. This needs to be looked in to on priority. Was this information helpful? |
