Sir/Madam,
I respectfully submit that, as per the Agreement dated 19/03/2025, an amount of Rs. 62, 000/- was initially withheld against pending challans. Subsequently, I deposited the challan amounts directly in the respective courts and furnished the relevant deposit slips and supporting documents to your office through emails sent on different dates. The same documents have also been shared with your assistant/tele-caller on several occasions.
The details of the payments made and the amount withheld are as under:
Agreement Amount: Rs. 5, 10, 000/-
Amount Paid on 19/03/2025: Rs. 4, 48, 000/-
Amount Withheld: Rs. 62, 000/-
Subsequent releases of withheld amount:
Rs. 15, 000/- on 18/04/2025
Rs. 20, 000/- on 25/04/2025
Rs. 10, 000/- on 05/10/2025
After adjustment of the above payments, a balance amount of Rs. 17, 000/- still remains withheld with your office.
Since the challan amount of Rs. 17, 000/- has already been deposited by me directly in the concerned court and the documentary proof thereof has been submitted to your office, there remains no outstanding liability against me. The relevant information and supporting documents are already available in your records.
I, therefore, request you to kindly verify the records and arrange for the refund/release of the withheld balance amount of Rs. 17, 000/- at the earliest.
