Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention several issues with the car I recently purchased from your Spinny showroom. On Sunday, 22nd December 2024, I bought a second-hand car from your showroom, and unfortunately, it has not met the promised quality standards.
When the car was delivered, I noticed the following issues after driving it the next day (Monday):
The driver's side window mirror does not close.
A belt noise is coming from the engine.
The heater in the AC is not working.
The car's horn is not functional.
The shock absorbers are faulty.
Upon reporting these problems, your team promptly collected the car and assured me that I would receive a call within 1–2 hours regarding the return timeline. However, no one contacted me that day. When I called the driver who picked up the car, he assured me that the workshop would contact me, but I only received a call the next evening.
During the call, I was informed that fixing the driver-side window mirror issue would take 2–3 days. I agreed, but when the car was returned to me, only the mirror issue was resolved; the rest of the problems remained unresolved.
When I raised this with your agent, I was given vague and unsatisfactory responses. Additionally, I noticed that every time my car is picked up and dropped off by Spinny, it is my fuel that is being consumed.
I believe purchasing this car from Spinny has been a significant mistake, as the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.
I humbly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that my car is delivered back to me with all issues resolved. I trusted Spinny for a seamless experience, but this situation has been far from it.
