Spinny — Urgent: RC Transfer Delay and Poor Customer Service

Dear Leadership,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Spinny regarding the RC transfer of my car, which I purchased in November 2024 from the Spinny Hub in Lucknow. Despite being assured that the RC transfer would be completed within 90 days, it is now the end of June 2025, and the process has not moved forward at all.

I have visited the RTO in Barabanki thrice, and each time, the Chassis number imprint was taken. However, there seems to be a lack of effective collaboration between Spinny and the Barabanki RTO, causing significant delays and confusion. Initially, my Relationship Manager (RM) was Sachin, who was unable to assist me adequately. When I visited the Spinny Hub in Lucknow, he did not meet me and later provided unconvincing reasons for his absence.

Subsequently, my RM was changed to Tanu Rajora, who promised to resolve the issue. However, she has now asked me to take a Chassis number imprint myself and send the details to her via courier. This is unacceptable, given that I have already visited the RTO multiple times.

To add to my frustration, the car battery that was installed was completely dead within 7 months of purchase, and I had to spend a total of ₹17, 000 for car service outside Spinny, including battery costs. I also had to visit Spinny for gear and horn issues, which were not functioning properly. This experience has made me question the quality of cars being sold by Spinny.

Moreover, my car's insurance expired in June, and I had to renew it under the former owner's name due to the incomplete RC transfer. Despite multiple calls from Spinny regarding insurance renewal, no one has helped resolve the RC transfer issue. As a result, I do not have accidental coverage under my name, which is mandated by the Indian government. This puts me at significant risk if anything happens while driving the car.

I am attaching all relevant documents for your reference. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter on social media and other platforms.
