It is disappointing 😔 SportsDirect.com Retail has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that SportsDirect.com Retail address these customer issues as soon as possible.
I have placed 3 order with spirts direct each over the value of 50 so i could recive there offer of a free 10 voucher for all order over 50 so i done 4 seprate orders. I recived a emsil to say there is a delay on some ititem and they wont de delivered intill 6 January so i rang customer services to see if i will recive the rest of my orders and recive the 10 vouchers i was told they can cancel the items so the rest or the orders will be here...
