It is disappointing 😔 SportsDirect.com Retail has not been very active in resolving complaints. This lack of response can hurt the overall customer experience and the company's reputation. We suggest that SportsDirect.com Retail address these customer issues as soon as possible.
I have placed 3 order with spirts direct each over the value of 50 so i could recive there offer of a free 10 voucher for all order over 50 so i done 4 seprate orders. I recived a emsil to say there is a delay on some ititem and they wont de delivered intill 6 January so i rang customer services to see if i will recive the rest of my orders and recive the 10 vouchers i was told they can cancel the items so the rest or the orders will be here before christmas but i want recive my 10 vouchers so i asked if they could add new items on abd i was told no. I think this is unfair as they should have not taken my money if the items were not available abd they should still honer the 10 voucher as this is not my fault the petson i spoke to was not helpfull at all and there were no managers or supervisor available on weekends so my opion they should not have a customer service number to contact if you cant speake to anyone who can make a decion can you please advise what my option are as i belive this is false advertising and they sjould not be taking money of customers if items are not available.
