Satvik Shop — Cheating at peak

Hello this Prakash Sharma from TN and i would like to bring in notice of general people about the cheat or fraud by satvikshop.com
Recently a bought a juice from them and paid online and was waiting for my juice to come.But it never came for around 15 days with 5 days delivery time then i contacted them will email and made aware them of non delivery of my item.Now what they have done is they have deleted my purchase history or order history and there is no reply in mail then they have given me just a case id.
I have attached the order statement.
I don't know why they have deleted my order history.
