Spoyl — they are not returning the refund amount

I have ordered a shoe on spoyl app paid them by cash after delivery total amount was 442 with inclusion of shipping charges on september 24th, and i received a damaged product with in minutes later i have placed for return they took the product back and they have initiated for the refund on october 7 & 10. It was reflected on my earnings tab on spoyl mobile app. I have entered the bank account details and opted the amount.

Now here comes the actual problem its been many days over till now i haven't received to my account yet. No matter how many times i call to customer care they mock me over some time they tell me on october 21 you will get some tell me oct 25th some says november.

Iam totally worried are they trying to fool around by doing fraud activities.

On spoyl company policy it was written: that for cash on delivery it will be processed with in 48 hrs and these people are not sticking with their policys.

When i speak to customer support people they told me they have not initiated from their end they are not sure when they initiat it also?

I have seen many companies who bind with their policy and produce refund on time. This spoyl company does not run with their protocol they are their to fool people like us for not giving refund.

I have proof about the policy and snap shot my raised request. Please take necessary action on this and help me initiate with my refund
