I bought two pair of shirts and returned back for which i got back amount in spoyl account.
And then i made cashout in the spoyl application to my bank account but the money is not getting credited to my account.
I made cash out a month ago though i'm trying to reach spoyl customer care there isn't any response from them and also there isnt any replies from email team also.
I seriously want my refund back

    I am ram choudhary from jaipur rajasthan
    I ordered a t-shirt (Men slim fit round neck tshirt) from spoyl company date sunday 18 august 2019 by cash on delivery
    Delivered product 21 august 2019
    But product was different as i ordered then i requested return product same day, after product had picked up 27 august 2019
    After some day call for refund
    Refund had credited in spoyl app earning
    344.40 (But i paid 394)
    Then i request for transfer in my account
    I fill all bank details
    But money didn't credit in my account
    I called 5-6 times they are saying refund will be 5 day some times say 15 some times say 10
    After i waited 3 month money didn't credit in account
    They are ignoring me
    I wasted my phone call bill and others loss
    Now i want to refund my money (344.40+50 (Shipping) + plenty

      They have send me wrong product. I returned the product but they are not refunding my money they are letting looting customers
      Many times i have called them but only received # excuses i want my money back.
      Plz do not believe such fake apps 😡😠😠😠ðŸ... plz help me i want to teach them a lesson so that in future they can't cheat someone's hard earned money

        I purchased wrangler slim fit jeans from spoyl online shopping app on 3 october 2019 at 3:00 pm which cost is 1509.76 rupees. My payment mode was cash on delivery. I returned that jeans on 15 oct 2019 because size was too large and i received 1509.76 spoyl points which i can transfer in my account and i raised a request to transfer that money in my bank account and i raised a request for cash out points in my bank account but i yet not received my money in my account.
        I have complained many time in spoyl costumer care number but they didn't help me and not responding for my query.
        Please help me to refund my money in my bank account

          I have ordered a shoe on spoyl app paid them by cash after delivery total amount was 442 with inclusion of shipping charges on september 24th, and i received a damaged product with in minutes later i have placed for return they took the product back and they have initiated for the refund on october 7 & 10. It was reflected on my earnings tab on spoyl mobile app. I have entered the bank account details and opted the amount.

          Now here comes the actual problem its been many days over till now i haven't received to my account yet. No matter how many times i call to customer care they mock me over some time they tell me on october 21 you will get some tell me oct 25th some says november.

          Iam totally worried are they trying to fool around by doing fraud activities.

          On spoyl company policy it was written: that for cash on delivery it will be processed with in 48 hrs and these people are not sticking with their policys.

          When i speak to customer support people they told me they have not initiated from their end they are not sure when they initiat it also?

          I have seen many companies who bind with their policy and produce refund on time. This spoyl company does not run with their protocol they are their to fool people like us for not giving refund.

          I have proof about the policy and snap shot my raised request. Please take necessary action on this and help me initiate with my refund

            Hi,
            This is vinodh kumar.
            I received the order from spoyl containing 2 jeans pants on 25th of september. I raised a return request on 27th september. But till now (October 23rd), i didn't get any info regarding my return — nobody has contacted me for return-pickup.. I did not get my money refund..
            And today, i got a message from spoyl that "your return order has been cancelled as it did not comply with our return policy" — i don't understand this..
            I request you to process my return request and refund my money asap..

            Hi have placed a return request, my money is credited in my spoyl account, when I want to refund it to bank account it is showing raised. I have placed request on 12 the June and till date money is not refunded.
            Not getting proper reply on mail and when I tried to call they disconnected it and from that time my number is in block list.

              I placed order from spoyl.in on 07/08/2019, (Order id: so195342b246 line id: 745192) i got a wrong product on 09/08/19. I returned the product on 11/08/19. They send product value 399 in \"spoyl wallet\" on 14/08/19 i raised for cash out in my bank account at same date 14/08/19 but today it\'s 07/09/19 still they did not transferred my 399 amount in my bank account. I called to the customer care many time they always said after 2 days it will be credited but not credited. When their policy for refund is max : 3 to 5 working days, it\'s now going to complete around one month. Now i realized they are doing fraudulence with me. Last time they promised on 03/09/19 definitely amount will be refunded to my bank account but as usual not credited then i call again to cs they said to mail bank detail they will manually transfer in my bank and it will be credited within 24 to 48h. I given bank detail on 03/08/19 today it\'s 07/09/19 but they did not refunded my amount. I am suffering this from one month but they are cheating with me so i\'m complaining here and i have hope that you will resolve my problem. Thank you so much.                 Ecom express-2 -3 times i got sms in morning that today is your pickup order no. Sodd0059b9f4, at evening i got sms that pickup has been rescheduled due to consignee not available or something else. The guy was # or blind or what, he never called me that i m here to pickup product. Even there is no auto disconnection of any kind if call 8n my phone.

                Spoyl - one order no. So2e292b6d59 i have returned it has been more than a month till now but i did not receive any kind of refund in my bank account. Again and again they giving me date, its irritating me so much i paid for a # wrong order and till no refund now they are making me chutiya on daily basis.

                I had cashed out Rs 313 from Spoyl on 24th August 2019, but the refund is not yet credited in my respective bank account. I am contacting the customer service desk,
                but they are just giving false information. Please take strong actions against this matter.

                    I want to complaint about spoyl app. I was returned their product on 3 juky or 11 july. Company policy are money refunded with in 3-5 working day. Now, come to point i called approx. More than 20 time to their costumer care executive every time they said money refunded with in 48 hour's but it, more than one month my money not refunded into my bank account. This is terrible... Very disappointed by spoyl

                        I ordered three tshirts from spoyl and my payment of rs 506.8 is deducted from my paytm wallet but the order is not completed or placed so please give my refund or the order is placed. The order id is so2b41281903. So please give my refund in my paytm account or the order is confirmed or placed. I have compaint by using gmail to the customer care of spoyl and many time call but no response are given by spoyl customer care
