I have purchased jackets from your outlet in Ahmednagar but it's only second season it has totally damaged and looks very dirty
I have just surprised after that because I don't accept this from spykar
I feel very bad it's not worth of money that's brand like Spykar get this types of jackets

Product coulour got very fade almost finish within month

I buy a new jeans at spyker jeans store at triton Mall in jaipur rajsthan . Due lock down can't change the jeans. All jeans are bad quality . It is not first time . It is happened three time . And your store is close from triton moll . So please change the jeans grant 🙏

I had ordered a yellow t-shirt from spykar's website and I haven't recieved any notification about it's delivery or it's current situation and the order hasn't even been dispatched, I had given the money for it from my bank account.

On 3rd november 2019, i did a total purchase of rupees 6345.00 from spykar showroom (Marudhar lifestyles pvt. Ltd. Inordit mall vashi). As per the amount of my purchase i was enrolled in a offer in which i got a bluetooth speaker (Toreto - company name).

When decided to use it after 2-3 days i find it was not connecting and have some defect. I approached the store from where i did the shopping, they directed me to the customer were no one was responsive.

I just the email address available on the warranty card and wrote them an email 3 days back, email got bounced back.

Kindly work with the showroom to either get it replaced and bring me out from all this hassle.

I purchased a spykar camoflange jacket from pantaloons junction mall, durgapur in january end or february 2018 thn since winter was over i couldnt use it. I used it once in october 2018, when i took it out this winter i found patches of leather coming out. Is it what we expect from a reputed brand? You can see in the forum many are facing the same problem. The bill is registered under tge cont. No [protected]
If the issue is not addressed i will be bound to post the matter in social media so that no more people gets cheated.

I bought 4 t shirts in scheme buy 4 and get 50 % discount on all from spykar showroom at paschim vihar new delhi invoice no. Sl 00606 dt 23rd june 2019. One of tshirts black stripe faded on 24th june 2019. I went to showroom and they said no problem you will get replacement but please wait for our phone call in next 7 to 8 days. After 7 days i received call to come to showroom and get replacement. When i reached showroom they said same t-shirt is not available and you can choose another but we will invoice as 40 % discount as the product is different. Then i said give me same article they said it is not possible as we don't have stock and cannot commit when will receive same product. Then i said in same price give me another tshirt they said even in that you have to pay additional after 40 % discount. My complaint is that why should i pay extra when it is fault of company and i reported very next day.

As per your recent offer i purchased products worth rs 5500 and got a bag for rs 99
But on the second day i saw that the quality of the bag was not upto the mark
The side hanging sling hook came off and i cannot hang it now.
The second issue is that the front leather look had a slight tear from the place the top holding strip is stitched

I went to spyker store sec.15, faridabad which had a discount of 40%. I bought 2 jeans of 2899/- print each. Your salesman over there sold them to me for 2030/- each and didn't give sales receipt. It should have been for 1740/- each. I want clarification or want my 480rs back or your crown plaza sector 15 faridabad store is gonna be so screwed now!

One of spykar's outlet in p&m mall, jamshedpur a discount of flat 50% was displayed but after selecting our items when we went for billing, i was informed that the discount was categorised (I am not talking about new arrivals) of which no mention was made before, neither there was any display regarding this. Further it was displayed flat 50% outside the shop but on the billing counter the shopkeeper said that 50% would be availed only if we purchase 3 garments and for this also no mention or display was made. I want immediate action to be taken against this.

I have purchased this shirt 4 or 5 months before and wore it 3 or 4 times after that. Today while wearing i have realised that the shirt has started tearing from two places at the centre back part, one from top and one at bottom. I don’t know why this is happening and how to resolve this because i like this shirt but due to poor stitching or fabric i cannot wear it.
Please check and provide solution for this.

I have brought shirt, t-shirt and one jeans on 16th april. Among all these, t-shirt became loose after one wash. I have raised a same issue at paschim vihar branch, which kept the product for one month and gives me assurance to replace my product. But when i went today to the showroom to know status of my product. They refused to change my product and gives me an explanation that their seniors has not approved. That completely unacceptable. I am your loyal customer and mostly wear spyker brand but if you can't able to solve my problem then in future i'll never buy spyker product. Even i called at your customer service and they said you would get a call back from delhi branch within 10 minutes but i didn't get any call back. I hope you will solve my query asap. This is to inform u that i have bought a trouser of spyker from your outlet at Saharaganj Mall Lucknow about 2 months ago...I wear this only one time and after that I put it in to the rack with proper cover and raping. And its colour faded and some spots can be seen on trouser.. Overall it's a colour issue... I complaind about this issue to local store on where i bought this and they (Store) said they will complain about this to company......

They are not taking exchange as the shirt size is too small and it is mentioned in the bill that within 15 days we can exchange. Please help me. The store is located at hanamkonda balasamudram road ganapathi retail spykar store. Please inform the spykar showroom agent to accept the exchange of the shirt ang jeans i have purchased in the store. Plz plz

I brought a black leather jacket from the outlet showroom of pinjore near railway crossing in the month of december last year.in that year i had worn it only once and then hanged it carefully in proper cover... Now after a year passed away wen i took it out to wear i saw the leather patches are tear out around the collar... And along with it, i also brought 3 jeans and a sweater... Somehow i dont have the bill but i know i have brought them before 20th december 2016. As it is costly item and more it is company's product a spykar... Kindly satisfy us by giving a solution to our problem related to my jacket.

Today i purchased one jeans pant of spykar brand from shoppers stop at 3799.00 hence 20% discount tag was attached with the jeans but they denied to give the discount saying spykar have no discount now on single piece you have to buy 2 piece of jeans to avail the offer but there was nothing mentioned in the label attached with jeans. I have purchased spykar white shirts before 3 months. I wear once and after washing and irony i put it in my wardrobe and wear today once again but found a steaching near both side of button is converted in to black. If i am purchasing expensive shirts and after washing 1st time only, steatching colour is changed it means your stretching is not proper or string quality is not proper.
Please help me to solve this problem.

I bought a spykar t shirt on 19th september. But i recently discovered that it just bleeds color when washed, when i tried washing through hand because my washing machine is not working as of now. Also, the t - shirt got extended.

When i visited the store (Darsheel gaurav fashions pvt. Ltd.), they first told me that we have not sold this t shirt but when i showed them the message i had got from spykar the day i had purchased the product mentioning their store name, they then asked for bill. Unfortunately, in a hurry i forgot to take bill with me. But the message had the date. I told them to check their record on the same date. They told me that they wont do that. Then i told them i am going out of station tonight to attend marriage of my sister, would you consider replacement after 10th nov when i will be back with the bill? He replied that chances are the least as we have 30 days return policy. But my question what if someone is shopping for a particular occasion 1 month in advance and never tried and never washed to notice defect with the product. What can be done then. What do you think i should do? Is there any chances that consumer court may help in this regard?
