I bought a spykar t shirt on 19th september. But i recently discovered that it just bleeds color when washed, when i tried washing through hand because my washing machine is not working as of now. Also, the t - shirt got extended.
When i visited the store (Darsheel gaurav fashions pvt. Ltd.), they first told me that we have not sold this t shirt but when i showed them the message i had got from spykar the day i had purchased the product mentioning their store name, they then asked for bill. Unfortunately, in a hurry i forgot to take bill with me. But the message had the date. I told them to check their record on the same date. They told me that they wont do that. Then i told them i am going out of station tonight to attend marriage of my sister, would you consider replacement after 10th nov when i will be back with the bill? He replied that chances are the least as we have 30 days return policy. But my question what if someone is shopping for a particular occasion 1 month in advance and never tried and never washed to notice defect with the product. What can be done then. What do you think i should do? Is there any chances that consumer court may help in this regard?
