They are not taking exchange as the shirt size is too small and it is mentioned in the bill that within 15 days we can exchange. Please help me. The store is located at hanamkonda balasamudram road ganapathi retail spykar store. Please inform the spykar showroom agent to accept the exchange of the shirt ang jeans i have purchased in the store. Plz plz

I brought a black leather jacket from the outlet showroom of pinjore near railway crossing in the month of december last year.in that year i had worn it only once and then hanged it carefully in proper cover... Now after a year passed away wen i took it out to wear i saw the leather patches are tear out around the collar... And along with it, i also brought 3 jeans and a sweater... Somehow i dont have the bill but i know i have brought them before 20th december 2016. As it is costly item and more it is company's product a spykar... Kindly satisfy us by giving a solution to our problem related to my jacket.

This is to inform u that i have bought a shirt of spyker about 3 months ago... And its colour faded and some spots can be seen on shirt... Overall it's a colour issue... I complaind about this issue on 11/12/2017 to local store on where i bought this and they (Store) said they will complain about this to company... Now they say that they didn't get any response from company and even they didn't talked in good manners... I am a customer of spyker about 5-6 years and never faced any problem like this... So i hope that my problem will be solve by you (Company)... Thanks

Today i purchased one jeans pant of spykar brand from shoppers stop at 3799.00 hence 20% discount tag was attached with the jeans but they denied to give the discount saying spykar have no discount now on single piece you have to buy 2 piece of jeans to avail the offer but there was nothing mentioned in the label attached with jeans. I have purchased spykar white shirts before 3 months. I wear once and after washing and irony i put it in my wardrobe and wear today once again but found a steaching near both side of button is converted in to black. If i am purchasing expensive shirts and after washing 1st time only, steatching colour is changed it means your stretching is not proper or string quality is not proper.
Please help me to solve this problem.

I bought a spykar t shirt on 19th september. But i recently discovered that it just bleeds color when washed, when i tried washing through hand because my washing machine is not working as of now. Also, the t - shirt got extended.

When i visited the store (Darsheel gaurav fashions pvt. Ltd.), they first told me that we have not sold this t shirt but when i showed them the message i had got from spykar the day i had purchased the product mentioning their store name, they then asked for bill. Unfortunately, in a hurry i forgot to take bill with me. But the message had the date. I told them to check their record on the same date. They told me that they wont do that. Then i told them i am going out of station tonight to attend marriage of my sister, would you consider replacement after 10th nov when i will be back with the bill? He replied that chances are the least as we have 30 days return policy. But my question what if someone is shopping for a particular occasion 1 month in advance and never tried and never washed to notice defect with the product. What can be done then. What do you think i should do? Is there any chances that consumer court may help in this regard?

I had purchased 1 jeans from bangalore, mantri mall from spykar show room and whenever i am washing the color of the tag which is given where we insert belt is coming out and the color of that has come to the cloths and now there are spots of that color on my jeans it is totally wasted now i am not wearing that jeans from last 1 month..
Now i stay in ranchi i had bought atleast 5 denims from spykar and few t shirt but now this is the problem i am facing

I purchased spykar leather jacket last winter. But i didn't wear that season. Now today first time i wore this jacket and suddenly i saw all leather broke into pieces. Spykar is branded company and within one year without usage how leather broke into pieces? My complaint is i have been got faulty product or inferior quality product. Now i want replacement or money back.

I have ordered a spyker watch by infibeam few months back. Now the watch has stopped working.

Infibeam is not taking any responsibility. I didn't get any bill for spyker side. I got a bill from infibeam side. They denied for any help.

I am very disappointed from the product. I was very shocked to see such a bad quality of such a big brand and that too within a very less span o[censored]se.
I am expecting that atleast you should replace or refund or give me a credit note. I don't think as reputed...
If the product is taken back and given me new one or money back, then i will go to the consumer court.

I had purchased the t shirt one month before and i have used it single time.
After a single wash i found the t shirt original colour is not there. I have complained it but your staff behaviour is not like your company reputation. I request you please look into the matter. Detail of bill and photo of t-shirt is attached

I visited Spyker showroom on 14th jan 17 situated at DB city mall Bhopal in evening with my brother. There I selected few T shirts under sale and wanted to try them for fitting in trail room. The store was full of customers and I had to wait to take trial. As my turn came, one of your sales representative stopped me to enter in the trail room and told his special customer to take trial in the trial room. He behaved me as I am not a genuine buyer and I am there just for time pass. I was deeply hurt by his behavior and came out of the store immediately.
This kind of behavior is not expected at Spyker stores. Please pay attention on this so that it is not repeated.

This is to inform you that i have buyed jacket of spykar and paid amount of 6499 rs at pos o[censored]nion bank as merchant . the amount is debited two times through my credit carf no. [protected] . i have also complained about this in shop but they are not ready to refund . this is totally illegal . shop of spykar in agra near sanjay palace. plz resolve this as soon as possible or i have to complain in consumer forum . contact no. Dear sir/ madam,

I purchased a spykar jeans from life style (gurgaon) in august for a special occasion. my waist size is 32 i purchased the same from spykar, but when i tried to wear that jeans it was very uncomfortable from the waist and i was unable to sit. then i went to a local tailor and when he measured the size was 30 instead of 32. i re checked the lable it was 32 only but the actual size was 30.
I am very disappointed with your product and never expected this kind of error from such a big company, hereby i would request you to kindly replace this product since i havent used the same.
Please advise me where do i need to go for the replacement.

I want to share my worst experience with your brand that is i am a regular customer of your brand from last 5 years. I have bought 2 jeans, 2 shirts against invoice no. Sl-00353 & sl-00354 at your sector 17 chandigarh outlet on dated 20th may 2016 for my birthday. Yesterday on my birthday when i tried to wear the jean i saw some extra stitches on that and both of the shirts material was totally rough. It was not looking like a new shirts from anywhwere. I hope you understand my feelings what i have feel on my birthday. It is requested to you kindly look into the matter and resolved my issue

1) i had purchased a shirt of rs. 2300 from the spykar store, shop no. 105, PLA complex, hisar, haryana. the attending manager told me to send the bill to my email id as the machine was not working. i had asked him 4 times but he didn, t send the bill. i have called him several times but he stopped picking the calls.

2) shirt i purchased is losing its colour just after 1 wash. when i went to the showroom for the exchange they refused me. so i request you to help me .
