I ordered 3 combo shirts but all defective
Refund my money or I will do police complaint with the proof

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that on 30th June, I ordered for pack of 3 check Casual Shirts Order no. 2547 on COD 599/-. On4th July I received the packet wide shipment no. WSPC [protected], and paid Rs 599/-. Upon opening my packet to my Surprise and disappointment I found only pack of 2 shirts, not at all matching my order, Size too is not as I ordered, 1 shirt has faded color. Both Shirts are half sleeves, One shirt has torn pocket, Material is worst. Now What should I do? I want to return it to replace it with my Order or My amount should be refunded. On Sunday 4th July, after Finding inappropriate packet, I called Customer Care and talked to Mr Ajinkya kumar and sent him video and photos of the wrong product I received. He assured me of refund of my payment of Rs 599/-. Next day he also asked me about debit card number for Return Of payment which I denied, I asked him to pay by google pay as earlier he said he would refund it through it. But there was no response, On 7th July, when I asked to refund my payment he asked me to download 'Any desk' application from play store, then only my payment will be refunded but I denied due to security reasons. Now he is saying that my payment will not be refunded nor my order is also being replaced. Kindly help me. Mb no.
