[Resolved] Sri Krishna Engineering College — sudden Job firing | |||
Respected Sir, This is Vini Coltin Roy working as assistant professor for CSE department in 4120 - Sri Krishna Engineering college, panapakkam, Chennai 601 301. Here I am working around 2.5 years. Actually last 7 months they are not providing proper salary and they cant able to give salary now. In the last week they came and asked to all the 2 years completed faculty to help them through their personal loan with college chairman’s surety signature. Around 30 faculties are accepted this loan for job security. Actually this loan will helps to providing the salary for all faculties and non-teaching staffs. The college will repay the loan and interest. Now there is another problem arise, they are eliminating staffs in the basis of influence. I am (Vini Coltin Roy . C) working effectively and also providing more than 90% result in all the semester. But I asked them to provide my monthly salary in the next month starting or before 10th of the next month. Actually my father is a cancer patient, he is still hospitalised ( Treatment going on ), So I asked my salary for the treatment purpose. But they got angry on me. They are still having some angry and now they trying to push me out. I said them to give me a reason for reliving me. But they Simply told me to go. They Have to give the proper reason and 3 month’s notice period for this job change. So I humbly requesting you to take any actions for me and get me back my degree certificates from them. What is this non sense sir... As a student we are bearing all those things, But you you youuuuu... Why this kolavery ? But We are also ready for book a complaint to anna university and book a complaint in high court chennai too... Sir if you are ready to help me for this then all the students will support you... Sir I am always praying for this chairman to get a brain . Ya he don’t have sense... even he don’t know how to speak in English (mokka podurar sir). moreover that Director (Sesasthreeeeeeeee) will getting something soon. Ya even He is not eligible to acting as a faculty ! ! ! But how dare they gave this director designation to that ? That director SESATHRI don’t know to take a class in English… Avarukku Basement week sir…. I think you went away from this college is good for you… Sir all the best for your future… we are missing you sir... Sir for Programming paradigm only 3 of them fails.
