Sri Motors — About wrong commitment and said hurtful words

Hai, I gave service for my bike Yamaha Fazer version 1 the vehicle number TN 10 AT 0045 on[protected] for engine noise job card num 36607 the supervisor completely checked my bike and taken for a service at the time self-start was worked and even my battery also new one but its take more time to get my vehicle delivery almost month end I got the vehicle without self start at the delivery he said your battery not working we are not responsible for that when I'm beginning shouting for this manager said will replace the battery in low cost and said to reduced some amount in the total bill of service cost at that time they have solved the problem and gave spare battery for my use they said once to get the new battery will call, almost month crossed again I got the same problem and provided service again for the same complaint this week job card num 39376 they said will change the battery. 08/07 /2022 today I came for took delivery but now Mr.NemanthKumar is telling me that we are not able to change and he is telling me that we didn't commit for that I have an audio proof for that and very worst customer service they are giving they are giving false commitment to solving the problem on that time and they are talking very harmful and using hurtful words bcoz I'm coming from kolathur to Sri Motors Ekkaduthangal for service having works and family not able to come many times for that he is telling that's not our problem. finally, I'm not going to take delivery they need to solve my issue and I need delivery to my home.
