Very worst experience i have ever got. Poor customer experience they will call many times before delivery but once the bike is delivered they will never call you and update the bike details. Even if we call and ask for update they will say "tomorrow we will inform you" but that too never happened. I got my bike delivered on Sep 8 and only last week i got my rc book and that too only after i called and enquired for my rc book. Kindly do not ever prefer this showroom for yamaha bike. My bike too had some issues.
They said they sent SMS regarding reception of rc book, i have asked them to send me the details when she sent sms and how? but still they didnt inform. Very disgusting and worst. They never say the truth to the customers. Was this information helpful? |
