Sriram — Auto Driver refuses to turn meter on

It was morning 4.30 of 18th may 2015, i got down in madiwala . I was looking for a auto to kaikondrahalli, It is around 9.1 km. He said i would have to give 300 i refused and walked away and later he said i should pay him double the meter, I said maximum i can pay is 1 and half as it was before 5 in morning. He was like ok and when i got in after 100 meters he had not turned on the meter when i asked him about it, he said morning 1st ride he doesnt turn on the meter and i have to pay him 250 . I said this aint happening and i tried getting down he said i have to pay him 50rs if i have to get down (trust me it was not even 100meters) so i fought for a while and he said i have to may him 230 for the drop and i had no other alternative .
