SRL Diagnostics — Cardiologist misbehaving with patient

Today, 3rdSeptrmber 2022, we had a prior appointment scheduled for my daughter Srijeeta Mukherjee vide Accession no.#0031VI001791 for Echocardiology using Doppler. We arrived on time but due to doctors late arrival at the laboratory we had to wait. So far so good.
When the patient went for her turn the attending doctor shouted at her and asked her to come the next day giving the alibi that patient has not brought the prescription which was already attached.
Actually doctor might had some pre-determined assignment which getting delayed might have made him to give such statements without going through the attached documents given.
My question is how come a doctor be so irresponsible attached with a private diagnostic center also how the diagnosis was performed is quite questionable?
The doctor who arrived late should be apologise to the patient party in contrary where he is accusing the patient and asking her to come the next day is literally unexpected. I request a written apology from the doctor as his rude behaviour with the patient led the patient crying while she came out after the test and was noticed by everyone present at the premises.
