SRL Diagnostics — Covid Test report not provided Even after 40 hours of test sample

Please note that the Covid test was conducted for my nephew Ashwani kumar chauhan and Soni chauhan at 3:59 pm on 10.04.21 but even after 40 hours the report is not provided. This is our worst experience as far as Covid test report result availability is concerned. The sample was taken from our home in Gorakhpur.
