SRL Diagnostics — Delayed report

I have booked a lab test ANA and ACCP serum for Tanvi saxena wide no 0081VF020680. SRL lab has promised me to get me reports up to evening of 24 june.but still i have not received the report of ANA.
I have been told that sample is not accepted at bombay lab till now.
Instead of many calls to customer care i did not get reports till now.i think sample is misplaced.
Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected from this lab.
Please always be assured for reports.
Iadvise you not to book test from srl if you need urgent or time bound report.
