SRL Diagnostics — Franchise security deposit return

On June 2021, I had an agreement with SRL DIAGNOSTICS to open a franchise in chennai. I paid 50, 000 inr as a security deposit. But, unfortunately I was not able to establish it due to personal reasons. After that, I was following up CHENNAI SRL kilpauk team get back my security deposit. But still I have not received. Very poor response from them. I would say this company will soon expire from the market due to their work process, lethargic mentality. I felt very bad having this tie up with north Indian company.
