It is regretted that every time my grievances have been given a ref number but there is no resolution. In the process I have ended up paying more for the tests of self as well as family. I have been customer since 2011. It is unfortunate that SRL is harassing seniors like me. It gives impression o[censored]nethical practice by SRL just for monetary gain. please stop such harassments and resolve the issue.
