This is regarding a Home Collection test that I had booked on 5th April through the SRL app. For whic i received the call and my tests were re-booked. Executive on call told me that I will receive the sms shortly for next morning (6th April) appointment for which I didn't receive sms and so, 6th April morning when I called customer care again, they were not able to see my booking in the system. So, now after my complaint, they re-booked it. For which i received the msg for collection date 7th April. I tried to reach out to number which I had received in the sms but to my surprise the number didn't had incoming services. So, I called up again to the customer care do that my one more day doesn't get wasted as i have my Dr's appointment planned on Tuesday. But i was assured that ma'm don't worry technician will call you for sure. But again today morning noone came and called me. Then, I kept on calling customer care atleast 10 times to get an update on technician's name and number. And they kept making excuses of giving me a call back but noone ever did. Then in afternoon executive named Yash called and assured that he will call me by 1:00 pm but he too didn't call back to confirm tomorrow's booking. I still don't have a booking confirmed for tomorrow. Sir, I m writing to you because I have always been booking with SRL Noida. And normally I don't face this issue that after confirmation booking nobody turns up. But this time I am in Moradabad and I am totally disappointed. Seems like worst service ever and I may never book with SRL in future.
