The customer care executive gave me morning 8-30 slot and told me to stay fasting for 12 hours
I kept on waiting but nobody came।
This is so unprofessional
I had been a regular customer of srl but I will never book again from srl
Highly disappointed
Specially because I called in the morning to ask what went wrong and the girl told me ok sorry whatever happend I will now book for tomorrow
I agreed
She took my details and disconnected the call midway
I dont want srl service now in future
