SRL Diagnostics — Irresponsible behaviour of Sample collection Staff

I had raised request for my child's urine routine sample collection on[protected] night where in on call staff Mr. Raju Kumar (SRL Fortis, Noida) confirmed for sample collection for next day morning 8am.
But till 9am no one came. After contacting him he gave me number of sample collection person name Mr. Honey Singh. After that he told he will be coming in 10-15 min and dragged the collection till 11:30 pm and still said that he will reach in another half and hour. Based on his confirmation today morning I collected sample of my son at 8am itself and took Doctor's appointment for the evening considering the report will come. But the way irresponsible type of behaviour shown by SRL was not expected.
Also this is for the second time happening. Earlier for Sugar fasting test the sample collection boy reach my home at 12pm against my appointment of 7am. Height of irresponsible behaviour.
