Hi,
I had booked an Complete care package and CBC test for my mother on 30th Sept through SRL app. But when the collection agent called and explained that I don't need to undergo so many test as CBC will only cover all my requirements, so proposed that he will come and collect the blood and will take cash/card payment on spot against cash receipt and later I can cancel this booking through app.
While my test went fine and got my report on the same day against my direct payment to the agent. I am still struggling to get my refund of Rs 2969 against order number MTH011223 . I have made multiple calls to their call centre number [protected] where I just get one reply that someone will connect with me and resolve. Its been 20 working days now and haven't got any update. Kindly help resolve this please.
