SRL Diagnostics — Missing Reports

We have provided sample to Aarogya Wellness Center, 196, HUDA plot, New Devinder Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon, an authorized centre for SRL Diagnostics on 09.07.2022. Report was supposed to be prepared on same day evening but after 4 days also same is not provided by SRL and no call from the side of SRL. On enquiry we came to know that sample is not traceable. Due to delay in report patient is not being diagnosed and suffering. We have no faith in the report as after five days if they are providing report that may be wrong report. We have paid Rs. 2255.00 on 09.07.22 vide receipt no. 19763 of Aarogya Wellness Centre. Now we want refund of our paid money along with componsation for non diagnosis due to non availability of report as patient is suffering with disease which is affecting the condition of patient.
