SRL Diagnostics — Nilofer SRL DIAGNOSTICS Miraroad very bad and arrogant behaviour of miss Aarti phlebotomy

Went for a blood test for my father,
Phlebotomy name Aarti was in-charge in the morning shift, where she was not able to collect the blood she literally bend the needle which puncher the nerve, the time I asked her why are you bending the needle my father had a very sudden pain being a heart patient I was tensed so I told her plz stop the collection it's ok we are moving from here. It was a very rude behaviour where she screamed at me and told me aisa nahi bol sakte aisa nahi kar sakte where she told me aap karlo collection.This is a unacceptable behaviour of miss Aarti she is not at all experienced and cannot do the collection.

Just a request from my side to SRL plz take some action or else this is going to be very bad time for the company you will be loosing your business.
