SRL Diagnostics — No report Status for 3rd day

Please note that I booked an RT pcr with complete fever panel costing Rs2500. They told me that you will receive Covid rt pcr within 12hours of sample. It has been more than 52 hours and the call centre folks have no Idea of the status of my reports.
