Hi this is Avin from Bangalore ([protected]) this is number used to book a home sample collection for one of my relative, its just a simple test (FBS and HbA1c) I initially booked it on 7th May but the Phlebotomist assigned to me did not come after multiple calls to Customer support it was finally informed to me that the assigned phlebo suddenly fell ill and will not come. I had booked it for 8-9 slot and wait till 10:30 am to know that he is not coming, meanwhile the customer support folks kept on telling that they will arrange another phlebo as soon as possible. Later in the evening around 5 p.m. one of the folk from backend home sample collection team calls me and said it was unfortunate that the phlebo suddenly got sick and this order would be rescheduled to 10th May and he would personally make sure that phelbo comes on 10th May but again the same storry nobody came, fed up of calling customer care.
First of all, if you do not have enough man power Why do you take bookings ask us to pay?
I finally informed them to cancel my order and refund my money, they say it would take 10 - 12 bank working days?
Is this a scam or something taking money and not giving service and telling to take refund after 10+ days??
Also they have not taken any request on refund, i have not got a call nor a message for refund.
I can clearly see that you guys are keen in taking money but not giving service nor returning the money.
