Sample for Covid19 PCR given on 30th Dec 1pm, report not received. Is 4:30 pm on 31st Dec now and I have to catch my flight. We have called SRL customer care several times but nothing happened.
Registration Number 0002UL097399. I have to catch my flight in 2 hours but I do not have the PRC test. Please help URGENTLY
