I have contacted srl lab helpdesk[protected] bangalore on 26th night 8:00 pm and scheduled home collection on 27th dec at 7.00 am to 8.00 am slot and got the message on 26th night around 8:30 pm that one mr. Naveen is going to come for collection, i had to call several times to confirm the time of arrival, but the executive was not answered my call. They do not even bother to send any alternative executive. Srl collection executives and helpdesk executive response were very bad, worst experience with the executives and srl customer care helpdesk. I have contacted every day 3 to 4 times to the help desk executive ([protected]) and spoken with around 8 to 10 executives within 3 days, and every time they are assuring me that you will get a call back from complaint department within half an hour. I have logged a complaint on 27th dec 9:00 and till now no one is contacted from srl complaint department. Worst service from srl whole team. I would not recommend to anyone for srl lab.
