SRL Diagnostics — They never give appointments

This happened to me so many times(at Goregaon West SV road center ) that if I call them for an appointment they never have appointments available for at least 7-9 days ..
Also once I walked in directly (as I was told they act pricey and will never give appointment to portrait they are busy )they all were sitting and chit chatting including the doctor but they refused to do so and started suggesting other options to take test done from ..I wonder whether they are serious about working or they are just burning managements money.

Henceforth I will inform all my near and dear ones to avoid going to SRK diagnostic labs ever .
