I had booked srm bus from cochin to chennai on 09.08.18 evening departure at 7:05 pm at palarivottam, cochin. Please find the attached bus ticket. Before departure time i didn't even received the sms of bus number and driver contact details.
I called your operators at 7:15and reported bus as yet to come. The guy said due to traffic bus moving slowly and will reach 7:30pm. But bus not came 7:30pm i called again 7:40pm the same guy replied, sir bus will come 8pm. But this time also bus didn't came i called him on 8:10 pm and asked him whether bus is scheduled or cancelled. The guy said bus is running today due to some issue its delay you be wait at boarding point. But nothing happen.

I received call from srm travels guy at 8:30 pm and he said bus cancelled. I asked him have you arranged any alternative. He said no. Then i asked him after 8:15pm no buses from cochin to chennai, so how should i go. He simply saying "that is not my problem, i am informing bus is cancelled" and simply disconnected the call. Again i called the same number and asked him to do the alternative. But he kept the phone on table and not listen my words. I tried all srm supports, but no body responded and the numbers which are given in website's are not working and call forwarded.

Finally i stayed in cochin and returned back next day by another bus.

In my life this is really bad experience. I didn't expected this kind of service from srm transport. Its looks like ordinary travel agent activity. Really i ashamed about this.

So If SRM considering this compliant firmly. Please refund the amount unnecessarily i spent for hotel one night Of Rs.1180/-
The worst transport i have ever travelled... Customer service to the mist worst.. The way of treating customers is not fair.. Drivers should change their attitude towards passengers...
While travelling from chennai to velankanni by srm bus service the behaviour of driver is very worst.. They are not giving proper instruction while boarding, they are making passengers to suffer. The way of talking to passengers is very very worst and disrespectful..they are treating because they almost reach famr..

If you find it please call [protected], i will come and collect it. I tried several times to reach you in the morning soon got down from the bus in 43907059, it was engaged all the time.       This is to bring to you notice about the poor services provided by the SRM travels and not dropping off at required destination. I(MOHAMEDRAFI) had booked bus ride from chennai to trivandrum on 16/07/18, Bus No:KA51A8907 contrary to that, i had to get down at (MARTHANDAM) as the driver wont take passengers further.
      This issue has to be viewed seriously, because these are not the sevice expected from the travels. Worst service I ever had! This is the way SRM travals treating customer??? Hoping for a positive response.

        Dear sir,
        I booked ticket for my parents both are senior citizens from Hosur to Tiruchendur in SRM transports via Redbus . The seat allotted are L7/L8 Lower birth .When my parents boarded the bus in Hosur, someone else were sitting in that seats and they refused to leave that seat as the same bus operator provided that seat from them. The Bus operator asked my parents to take upper birth but as my parents were senior citizens and their health condition is not good to climb upper birth, they refused to take upper birth. But the Bus driver and conductor doesn't provide set for them and asked them to travel in single lower birth seat for both of them the whole night . We reserved the ticked by paying Rs1738 but both of them traveled in single birth seat, not able to sleep the whole night, suffered from leg pain and Back pain.The Bus operator should take responsible for this poor service, especially to senior citizen passengers .When My parents reach the destination on 09/07/2018 morning both are suffering from sever leg pain and full body pain due to the poor service of SRM transports ..

        NO action has been taken by SRM transport or Redbus against this complaint till date 10/08/2018.
        I had booked 2 sleeper births in SRM Volvo bus leaving Tirunelveli to Chennai on 14/8/18 - 7 pm. They informed at 330pm cancellation of their bus. So I cancelled ticket in net to get refund. They have levied cancellation charges of 475 rupees. It is not fair.

          I booked from mahindra city to thiruvarur.I requested for change of boarding point six hours before bus start time from Koyambedu, he refused to change boarding point from mahindra city to Singaperumal koil.In other travel agencies they stop at Singaperumal koil as it is one kilometre before Mahindra city.It caused much inconvenience to me.As a result I have decided not to book on SRM transport.

            I booked ticket on 27.06.2018 from chennai to tuticorin ac sleeper. Boarding time 09.25pm at porur toll. I reached the boarding point on time and waited for long time and i called the phone number which was given in the online booked ticket and that number is not reachable. So i searched a contact number of srm office throught browser and made a call with koyambedu and perungalathaur srm office to confirm the bus arrival but no one pick my call. And the bus came 30 mins late and they stopped the bus before the boarding point and then bus started moving without me. Then i stopped the bus and asked them why you didn't call me and confirm whether i'm coming or not, without confirmation how you started moving and they told it is not our duty, if you want you should come we will not call you, (Is this srm transport terms and conditions) and they talked very rudely and very rubbish. Driver is very worst in handling passengers. Srm transport management should make enquire on this issues. This was my 2nd bad experience with srm travels.
            Please make available of all the contact number of srm transport. Some of the phone numbers are not reachable some numbers are not picked.
            Kindly take necessary action, if it continues it will be the last booking.

              - reference to pnr rbad4fdf7 (Ticket no. Tm7k[protected] for the journey from bangalore to thiruchendur dt 22nd jun 2018.
              - i, the undersigned with family boarded bus srm regn no. Ka 51 a 3441 from bangalore and witnessed horrified journey.

              General observation
              • due to non-maintenance of the vehicle, ac was not functioning throughout.
              • head light of the vehicle was very dim which has affected the road visibility and hence the driver was forced to follow vehicles ahead to navigate with least efficiency to say the least.
              • no proper battery back-up which led to no halting for even the shortest of the breaks during the course of the trip even in extreme necessities for usage of toilets.
              • could sense the smell of burning of wires from the driver’s cabin which was a major concern for the entire length of the trip.

              Complaint
              1. This bus (Ka 51 a 3441) being a/c sleeper coach and subsequent failure of a/c before crossing bangalore limit suffered exertion, breathlessness, sweating and suffocation.
              2. When passengers demanded for alternative arrangement, driver of the vehicle replied the necessary arrangement of vehicle being made at salem.in salem, he said that the management could make arrangement only in madurai. Upon reaching madurai, the driver said he is not able to contact control room and finally dropped us off in thiruchendur in the same bus at 10:30 hrs after undergone severe mental agony.
              3. I personally spoke to the respective control room person of srm over mobile number [protected] at hosur and later at krishnagiri. Initially he asserted positively to do the necessary alternative arrangement but later did not respond to my repeated calls as well as to the calls continuously made by my co-passengers until reaching the destination. My call list attached is self explantary.

              In this context a formal complaint registered by one of the co-passenger shri. Karthick is also attached for your reference.
              I have also made a telephone complaint with your thiruchendur office, mr. Merrin, head office chennai < mob [protected]> and mr. Bhaskar, manager, bangalore
              As i have suffered mentally and physically during the journey, i demand management to refund of the ticket with-due compensation.

                This is to inform you that these situations occured on 22 june 2018 from bangalore to tuticorin bus ka 51 a 3441 seat no l1 l2
                Points to be highted:

                1. Head light was very dim
                2.ac was not working for the whole trip
                3. Top ventilator got struck which made no chance for incoming air
                4. Charging point not working
                5. Wifi not working
                6. No battery backup
                7. A fire spark due to short circuit at the drivers cabin and wire burning smell was felt
                8. People were suffocated badly which lead to cough and sweat.
                9. Sleepless night
                Srm management has to take this as a serious pursuit to resolve these kind of non safetya situation in their transport

                  I have traveled in your bus on 17June2018 at 09.30pm.(From KARAIKUDI to CHENNAI) we have paid to volvo bus, (Ticket Cost: RS.1, 176/-) But there is no volvo bus. There is no A/C in bus, the bus was breakdown in singaperumal kovil . I have totally disappointed. I Have never seen like this, it was a very bad experience.

                    Yesterday we a booked a srm bus from koyambedu to kodaikannal, boarding time 7.45
                    And they told as to get down for dinner in arays hotel, at that time many buses around 7 to 8 wr there. So there was a big queue for dinner and also for washroom. After finishing we went back to get inside the bus. But the bus left us and went. We were searching for 10 mins, me and my wife standing in the road. After that another srm bus took us and they called to that kodaikannal bus driver and told to wait in tollbooth. After all this things happened we got inside the bus..
                    At that time the bus driver is scolding us my wife asked the driver dat why can't you check weather the customers are back to the bus.. For this they are talking very rudely to my wife and me.. They are talking very rubbish.
                    And one more thing they are not stoping for washroom. If we go and ask they are again fighting with us.. The drivers are very worst in behaving with customers and use rubbish words.
                    The other higher heads in srm travels should enquire and punishment them.

                    I am traveling from Chennai to Trivandrum, AC sleeper bus, but AC not working and they say wait for half hour you will get chillness . But no we can't breath and sweating in this summer. I paid 1400 for this duppa bus

                      I have traveled from chennai to trichy. Boarding time is 11.00pm ac sleeperbut we got semisleeper they said they will change in some distance. Actually happened is traveled almost in same bus we got down at university and inquired but no response. No one is ready to take in charge. All got tension which is waste of energy time we asked for refund but no one ready to talk about that worst travel in my life

                        Am traveling to tirunelveli from chennai in srm transport ac bus, they show in the red bus website like ac semi sleeper and charge as 1350 rupees... I booked. But the inside the bus they were not maintained the quality and ac is not working it’s like very hot.. Even they don’t have windows to open, it’s fully cover... We are not even breathing inside the bus...

                        Why can’t they stop the service. If the bus is not ready as they committed???
                        Why do they charge 1350 rupees???

                          Hi,

                          Bangalore tiruchendur bus met with accident on 19.05.2018 @4.45 am and ladies with kids struggling on the road. No support provided from your travels. Local police helping in boarding in government buses. Can't you provide replacement in midnight. What kind of service you are providing? No human values and care for passengers in midnight crisis. One of worst service operator i never faced in this route.

                          Can you help passengers in crisis situations.

                            On[protected] at about 10.00 pm i tried to book a ticket through 'srm on line booking website' in the b-131 chennai-kanyakumari a/c sleeper 07:45 pm bus for travel from chennai (Perungulathur) to nagercoil on[protected].. But after receipt of the fare of rs 1103.00 through my andhra bank debit card the site displayed the massage that the booking failed and the amount will be refunded to my bank account within 7 days. But the amount has not yet been credited to my account. Kindly credit it immediately. T. Retnaswamy.

                              With profound regret, we wish to lodge the following complaint.

                              The time mentioned in the ticket is : 23:30 hrs - reporting time
                              Departure time: 2345. The passengers were waiting from 23:20 hrs. It appears that the bus left early without picking up our guests. They waited upto 0300 hrs that day. Also your representative at tirucadayoor was not available at that time.
                              There was also no phone call from your attendant.

                                I have booked three tickets by 10 30 trichy bus to trichy. Though scheduled by 10 30 it started by 12 30 after lot of pursuation with the local available at koimbedu. They said that the vehicle arranged is good except for ac dynamo. They changed and said the vehicle perfectly ok. But while starting the bus they pushed the vehicle and started. We confirmed with them and they said everything ok. But on reaching athur toll gate by 3 am today again the bus brokedown and till 4 am they could not arrange alternative. We had to fix alternate transport and had come back to chennai by 6 am. Because of the careless attitude of the staff at koimbedu, we had to face all these ordeals.in this circumstance, the ticket charges may be refunded along with costs

                                  Right now i am on the way to tirunelveli from chennai in srm scania. Driver is impolite. When i asked him the approximate time of departure (To inform my father), he is saying, go and sit... Is this the way to answer? Are we not paying for our travel??? Are you doing any free service for me?... Please take necessary action. He should ask excuse for his words... I need immediate action

                                  It is too frustrating to even jot down such atrocities and negligence of these bus operators, dont have value for time, third time travelling in this bus, running late for 5 hours, 1 hour is acceptable but everytime while you travel if it is taking forever to reach your destination means that they dont value customers also their service.

                                    Worst experience for me from 13th april travel from koyembedu to pollachi 1. Charging point not working, 2. When i reach srm university boarding point i tried to use toilet the person over there refused to use.3. Time we reach the pollachi is too late.                                       Hi,
                                      I have travelled from chennai to trivandrum in srm travels. The bus started 9.15 at chennai and reached trivandrum at 12.30. The driver drive with bus by tlking in the phone and taken some of the family memeber and dropping at trinelveli. And another driver bargaing with unreserved customer in thenmala for three memeber giver me 200 rs without the ticket. It was worst experience so far. Kindly do something as the srm as branded value.

                                        When i reported for the bus, your staff with the chart told me that i have to pay the fare rs.1050 for me to travel on the above bus from chennai to vallioor as there is a remark to collect the fare from me. I showed the above message and argued with the staff, if the amount is not paid by my agent, how did they and i get this ticket advice and how does my name appear in your chart? The staff said "i don't know anything about that. The agent could have paid through internet but unfortunately it was not in our system. If the agent had paid for your ticket, his account will be credited back. Now i have been asked to collect the amount of rs.1050 if you want to travel on this bus". Since he was not willing to accept any of my explanations, i paid the amount rs.1050, hoping my agent account will be credited. But, unfortunately his account has not yet been credited and pressing daily for the payment. I kept on saying to them, if you had paid the ticket fare you would get it back from them. The agent is getting upset and demands the ticket fare immediately. How can i pay twice for the same day travel on the same bus.

                                        I believe the agent as i have the above booking advice. Hence, i kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and make arrangements to credit my agent with rs.1050 at the earliest.

                                        I am hearing now such cheating practices are going on at chennai on other bus services. When i informed about my case they were shocked and shocked and wondered "in srm no way". So, please investigate thoroughly and credit the amount to my agent account, otherwise your long earned reputation may go to dogs.

                                        Kindly advise me the action take.
