I am sundar. I had bad experiences with srm transport on 3-4-2016. I had booked a ticket from chennai to kalayarkoil non ac bus and my boarding place at chromepet 8.55pm. I am waiting there from 8.30pm but the bus didn't came until 10.00pm. After 10.00pm i got call and srm bus driver telling that i moved the bus it's in tambaram near at hindu mission hospital. Before moving from chromepet they didn't call to me. I was searching the non ac bus, instead of non ac they brought ac bus and didnt inform about this, this is not my mistake. After reaching tambaram there was no bus waiting for me again i dropped a call to driver he is telling that i moved to perungulathur come here we wil wait and driver shouting as i made mistake like that. To have peaceful journey i am choosing omni bus but u made its horrible. And the complaint number always switch off [protected]. I used travel once or twice a month to my hometown always i prefer srm transport, and this bad experience is not first time its fourth time i am facing. Now i decided that i wont travel in srm transport anymore again and i never refer this travels to any one around my circle. Such a horrible services from you srm transport. U guys are you thinking passeneger are mad or what? We are paying for our journey remind it. I need your response back.

    I have booked two tickets through red bus with Srm travels. Both tickets for sleeper coach and it was supposed to be today at 7.20 pm. I got a call in the morning from srm and they said the vechile is cancelled and they arranged another one around 8:30 pm. I spoke to the driver around 8 pm and told him that I was already at the boarding point. They left passengers and when I called them after sometimes, they said the driver has forgotten to pick up. It s really a sad service. We waited there for 2 hrs and finally got nowhere. I want a complete refund and a compensation for the distress and troulbe and bad service.

      I booked a ticket in SRM ac sleeper..., we saw the bus standing in stop, We reached on time for boarding but we were told that the bus left the boarding point.. I kept calling but the attender was cutting the call ... Somehow I managed to follow the bus and reach the bus in next few stops... Then I came to know that the seat was given to some other person for high cost...Very poor service

        I booked 17th number seat. while boarding, the driver is telling, that bus is cancelled and in this bus, you have been allotted seat number 44 (last row). when i questioned, driver is telling, "this is your seat number, either get in or else, shut up and get away, i know how to fill the seat"

        If there is not a proper response from srm side, I'll go to RTI, and I'll make this issue bigger. In addition, I've recorded the driver's talk. I need srm to respond for my complaint...

            SRM B-202A Udangudi Bangalore - 06:00PM SLEEPER A/C will arrive madurai at 11 PM


            The Worst maintenance bad irritating smell inside the bus and there was heavy leak in this bus .I have booked 3 ac sleeper seats a month back and when i get in, with my two kids it is full of wet and heavy leak from A/c blower .it was link a shower drops ( e:g when we are not closing the shower completely it drops heavly )even though the driver know this he doesn't care an stupid cleaner has give me 3 paper bed spread and asking me to sleep withthis . So these stupid guys know these things and he is not it repairing, he wants to run with the same problwe to make money.this how SRM oprates.
            he doesn't make any alternate arrangment, i have suffered with my kids.so friends i would advice you not to book ticket on this sleeper bus. more than 10 sleeper seats were like this.most of them passenger speaks hindi, so they don't know how to arguque with driver.I had a fight with him but there is no use finally it end up with no sleep.it was very horrible journey i never had in my life. Starting itself bus came by 40 mins late. This is how MR . Thandavarayapuram Ramaswami Pachamuthu Indian educationalist, philanthropist and politician best known as the founder and chancellor of SRM University is running his bus service. Hats off to MR T. R. Pachamuthu.


            My simple question is if you can’t run your own bus service properly then what are you going to do in Politics? The above one issue is very simple and there were so many complaints like this first fix all these issue and then turn to politics.

              The worst travel experience till date(10 DEC 2015) SRM TRAVELS- Ac sleeper 10.30pm from Srm Depo.The travels incharge was so irresponsible for our lives, inspite of the driver informing that the diesel is leaking at 11.30 pm he was assked to drive slowly to Bamgalore .Around 4.15 Am the engine was fully overheated redhot it would have caught fire somehow the driver noticed and evacuated the bus before it was on fire .There were many travel partners suffering in the chilling weather for almost an hour luckily some buses stopped and accommodated all.Happy that all were safe however felt too much irritation and insecurity because there was no way to contact the travel office from the customer side if you mention 24/7 support make sure you are either reachable on that number or be sure you arrange an alternative bus.We pay for our road travel not risking ourselves beware of this incident and make sure such situations are handled in a better way. — at Hosur Road - Bangalore Expressway.

                I have booked two tickets for my brothers journey from Chennai to Tiruvananthapuram on 02/12/2015. The bus service got cancelled because of the floods. I have got a response from Mr. Raghu saying that they cannot refund the money. I spoke to a person named Karthik about this and was promised that the refund would be initiated but he had asked me to send a mail first. After sending the mail, there was no response for another 15 days. After following up with Karthik by calling him on his mobile, I have been told that they are waiting for an approval from the head office. Since I was not satisfied with the response I was asked to call another person Mr. Ratnavel ( Ph no: [protected]) who is from Operations department of SRM transport. After calling this person, I have been told that I should just wait for the communication from the head office and I cannot be given any contact info of anyone from the head office. I asked him for a dead line by which I can expect a call from the head office. He said that he couldn't give me a dead line. This is utterly irresponsible behavior from SRM transport personnel and I would like to speak to someone who can actually take the responsibility instead of passing the blame to others.

                  We have booked ticket from chennai to cumbam at 8.30pm on 17/12/2015 in SRM transport. Due to heavy traffic, we came late to the boarding point around 8.32 pm. two of my friends got inside and i went to park the vehicle .mean time the driver and the fellow person incharge for the bus started from the boarding point though they know i went for parking . my freinds wer asking the driver to stop the bus and he refused . i took an auto started following to catch the bus. these cant wait for 5mins fr the customer . wtf they run a travels!poor response from driver

                    PNR No: WB 9230626 Chennai to Tiruchendur, Seat Nos: 19, 20, 22 Bus service cancelled due to heavy rain, but I reached my native place thru local bus along with my family. Till now the ticket amount not refunded to my account. Mr Ragu, incharge of complaints, asking me for other options. I am a regular customer of SRM . But now i am not satisfied with Mr Ragu's reply. Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount to my account at the earliest, because already two weeks completed. if not I can again book complaints to higher ranks.                     worst timing

                    We booked tickets in srm non a/c from chennai to tanjore. Our departure time is 9.20 p.m as mentioned in ticket bt still now (10.34 p.m) we didn't start from ashok pillar. What the hell worst management you have maintained.

                      Worst customer service ever...I juz tried reaching the supervisor for an enquiry stating an old person is travelling and there were no persons in the koyambedu office counter to ask for details..his response was so rude that we wouldn't try booking their bus again..Don ever recommend this bus service to anyone..

                        I am Ganesh Shenoy (Ph:[protected]). I was trying to book ticket from Madurai to Chennai for the travel date 21/11/2015 (Bus rute no. M-133A @ 1 PM) seat no 15. While booking ticket the payment was deducted from my Credit Card but Ticket not booked due to technical error in the SRM website. The tech error was confirmed by their officer at West Mambalam head office Mr.Raghu and he had informed that since there was a server problem the ticket was unable to book the seat. Also he had advised that the payment will be credited back in 2-3 days. As I have not received my payment back to my credit card, today I had contacted the SRM customer service to find out the status. But, their customer care executive Ms.Lakshmi had replied with irresponsible way and the attitude of the executive was very pathetic. I was tying to contact the senior officials at SRM but unable to find their contact no. THEY SHOULD REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REAL ASSET FOR IMPROVING THE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT TO SUSTAIN THE BUSINESS IN THE MARKET.

                          One day back i traveled from Ravulapalem to Chennai in this SRM bus. it was very horrible journey i never had in my life. Starting itself bus came by 35 mins late, And when i entered into the bus there was very bad irritating smell and most important thing is there are lot many Bedbugs showed me hell, entire bus was like that and all passengers were suffered from those bedbugs. And the cleaner and Driver were not bothering about us and very rude behavior. they didn't responded properly, they simply said that it will be cleaned once reaches the Chennai.                             My wife traveling now from kumbakonam to bangalore.bus starts at 8.20 pm and now 1.30 a.m..bus is not stopped on any of the motel till now and my wife reauest driver to stop on motel to tiolets ..driver react rudely and said will not stop at right now Only old women is also requested he treat very rudely too

                              Hi there, This is to bring in to your notice that I(Vivekanandhan), booked a ticket in SRM transports from Chennai to Thiruchendur for 2nd October, 2015. Boarding at perungalathur. As I booked the ticket through Redbus website, I got the M-ticket stating the departure time is 7.45pm, but unfortunately I reached the boarding point only around 8pm. Meanwhile as I knew that it would be late to reach the boarding point, I starting calling the contact numbers given in the ticket (Contact no – [protected] / [protected]), but no one picked my call It happened several times as finally when I reached the boarding point (SRM office, Perungalathur) and enquired about the bus, I got a reply that the bus had left the point already, Now I clearly agree the I have committed a mistake by not reaching in time and I have missed the bus.. ok fine.. But please explain me what is the person doing in the boarding point by not picking my call, I didn’t even get any call from him saying the bus is going to leave, after reaching the point also when I asked him in person his reply was not responsible This cannot be tolerated, In case, If say I had reached in time and the bus is late by 15mins or 30 mins, (which you will usually do) will the transport or the person in boarding point responsible for my delay when I reach the next day..? Try being responsible and please give responsible answer to the passengers who are paying to excessive fares to you, for which you people are not at all eligible. If the bus is delayed due to traffic or other problems, then it is ok. But getting such a huge fare can’t you people make one call or at least attend the call or even give a proper answer when your passenger is in trouble. This is totally unethical and you people are not fit to run such service. You people do not 1. Maintain timing always 2. Reaching time may change 3. Make us wait and do not give proper answer 4. Huge fare for trips We are adjusting all these irritating issues for you but a transport who has office all over the state cannot make or attend a single phone call, and such irresponsible person you have as in charge. I know you will never mind to take any action seeing this complaint but I ll do it for sure, the person in charge will face consequences for his worst behaviour and the respective company will also face the consequences By M.R.Vivekanandhan Advocate, High court, Chennai

                                    Iam travelling from chennai to Madurai on 18th july 2015. In multi axle volvo bus it is gng upti tenkasi. There is no proper response from drivers and the worst cleaner. Respect is not a matter for a human. As a customer for a specific concern, it is big issue. Not me, ask all passengers from the bus, they ll provide a worst feedback on cleaner. He is not respecting anyone. He is from whereever it may be!!!.. our concern is respect we didn't...
